HESH LAW RE-CAPPED
It's taken a full hesh week to wrap our Heads around the Creature video premiere on Friday the 13th. The contact high from the hesh crowd left the Shrunken Head a tad sluggish.
Half the Creature crew was there- including (watch your toes, names be droppin...): Navs, Parts, Gravette, Ponts, Cranston, Boat, Appelo, Willis, Sparrow...

Whatever, the 9pm show was SOLD OUT and fools had to sneak in thru the adjacent bar. It was packed and it was ON!
As the lights dimmed for Tales of the Larb and Hesh Law, the ceremonies began...
Seconds later, "Hey, put THAT out!", only to hear, "I ain't putting SHIT out. Hesh law!" So it was for the next 43 minutes.
A "smoke" break before the screening of Blood Shed drew Choppy outside to the sidewalk with the shop's megaphone - "Chop on top! Chop on top!" while bloodchildren painted themselves under the marquee. Weird.

Most everyone filtered back in for Blood Shed, which was introduced by Rick and Buddy who were up from L.A. All the videos were sick, but Blood Shed looked the most fun to make. Funny, rad, gory, arty - all that shit.
At show's end, the place was trashed. The ceremonies had definitely ended here.

Big ups to L.J.(with blood on his face, this time, fake) and Recycle who manhandled the clean-up of Clinton Street Theater. "This ain't your living room, bro!" Also, props to the groms who skated the tavern's step out front (totally in the way) after the all-ages show while the adults lined up around the block. Thanks to Quincy for the artwork, Creature Lee for giving us the green light for this premiere, and Seth at Clinton Street for his hesh tolerance.

Finally, big hesh luv to all friends and fiends who backed us on Friday the 13th this year . A wicked night was heshed by all.
