BIRTHDAY BASHed
Burnside Halloween - always one of the strangest parties in Portland. This Halloween celebrated the park's 20th year (!) and the entire parking lot was overrun by costumed freaks in search of a beer-soaked blend of skateboarding, live music, and general idiocy. The "sport" of skateboarding is never the point at Burnside; thank fuckin' God.
The Burnsiders who helped organize this year's birthday bash were prepared for a monstrous party, and it did appear that anyone and everyone who has ever ridden the skatepark, was in the parking lot celebrating at some point. (A few exceptions of course).
Thanks to ANYONE who has made ANYTHING happen in the last 20 years at Burnside ...WE ARE THE ONE!
